Custom Gobelin Kits

On demand, Top Goblen can make custom gobelin kits, by processing the images sent by our clients via e-mail. These can be images of paintings, personal photos a.s.o. In this case, the procedure for ordering is the following:

1. The client will send us by e-mail a request for processing an image, in which he must mention:

   • his/her name and surname
   • the full delivery address – valid mailing address
   • a valid phone number
   • the name of the gobelin
   • an estimated size of the gobelin: length x width (cm)
   • a minimum and maximum number of colours (maximum 240 colours)
   • the image that the client wishes to turn into a gobelin, attached to the e-mail.

   Please specify correctly all the above mentioned data, so that we can validate your order.

   ! When estimating the dimension and the number of colours desired, you should take into account that a gobelin has a better quality as the size of the canvas and the number of colours are bigger, but, at the same time, this will lead to higher difficulty and longer period of sewing.

2. Top Goblen will contact the client to confirm the request, then we will process the image according to the received specifications. Subsequently we will send an e-mail to the client, containing a minimum of 2 versions of the processed image and the price for each gobelin kit (the price offer).

3. After receiving the offer, the client will send via e-mail a firm order, specifying the version of gobelin kit that he/she chooses and the related price.

   ! If you do not wish to make a firm order due to various reasons ( a price too high in your opinion, inappropriate quality or others), please communicate this to us.

4. Top Goblen will create and send to the client the ordered gobelin kit, that will include all the elements detailed on the page „About gobelin kits”: first page, symbols page, sewing instructions, diagram, canvas, cardboards with threads and needle.
