Terms and conditions of use

Below are presented the conditions in which SARA GOOD ART SRL-D headquartered in Margineni, Bacau county, Romania, allows the use of this website:

 1. Definitions

In these conditions, the following terms are defined:
–   User – any person interested in the service;
–   Service – providing the user with the access at data and information published by Sara Good Art SRL-D on internet, through the website: www.topgoblen.ro.

2. User’s liability

The user agrees to use the service only for legal purpose. The user undertakes:
–   not to modify, share, send, display, publish, reproduce, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from or through the website www.topgoblen.ro ;
–   not to use and not to allow (and not to authorize) any third party to use the service SARA GOOD ART SRL-D to send or to receive any material that infringe the law or have a content that is obscene, abusive, vulgar, slanderous, offensive, threatening or that is in any other way illegal.

According to the Law no. 8/1996 with further modifications and completions regarding the Copyright and related rights, all our products and images and texts on this website are the property of Sara Good Art SRL-D. Whatever the purpose, it is forbidden to copy / reproduce, multiply, modify or publish them without the written consent of Sara Good Art SRL-D.

 3. Modifications

The present terms and conditions can be changed at certain periods without announcing the User. The User will be informed about these modifications by displaying them on the website www.topgoblen.ro. Such changes are considered to be accepted by the User if he/she continues to use the service after the modifications are displayed.

4. Placing the order

The order can be placed directly on the website or by phone. For details please access the page “”How to order”. The orders are processed in the order that they were received. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse the collaboration with persons that are frivolous or have an uncivilized language or behavior.

 5. Orders delivery

After the payment of the order is made, delivery will be made via courier to the address specified by the client when placing the order.

 6. Payment of orders

Payment will be made in advance via bank transfer into our account RO73 RZBR 0000 0600 1699 8523,  S.W.I.F.T.: RZBRROBU. The customer will pay the total value of the gobelin kits, as shown on the website, plus the shipping charges. We will communicate shipping charges to you after the order confirmation, based on your country and package weight. For deliveries outside the European Union, the client will also pay the custom duty.

 7. Return policy

The return of products will be made according to Ordinance no. 130 of August 31,2000 amended by Law no. 51/2003 for approving Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts.

In case that, for various reasons, you wish to return a product, you can do that only with prior notification, in writing at our e-mail address office@topgoblen.ro, within maximum 10 working days from receiving the order. Only the written requests will be taken into consideration. You can return a gobelin kit only in its original package, in good conditions (no scratches, cracks, tears, stains etc.) and with all its components included. Returning the value of the order to the customer by Sara Good Art SRL-D will be made only in these conditions. The customer will pay the shipment costs for returning the package.

8. Personal data

According to the requirements of the Law no. 677/2001 for protecting the individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, modified and amended  and the Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and privacy protection in the electronic communications field, Sara Good Art SRL-D is required to manage the personal information you provide about yourself in conditions of security and only for the specified purposes. The goals of data collection and processing by Sara Good Art SRL-D are:
–   sending offers, promotions, advertising messages and e-mail marketing, without any obligations or payments from Sara Good Art SRL-D towards your person;
–   conducting internal statistics, without any obligations or payments from Sara Good Art SRL-D towards your person;
–   organizing contests and advertising campaigns with prizes;
–   retail sale via mail (including electronic commerce), including shipment of products ordered by its customers, issuing and communication of invoices.

Your data are to be used by Sara Good Art SRL-D for the purposes mentioned above and will not be revealed to third parties. By filling and sending the order form or by ordering a free gobelin diagram, the user agrees by default to receive information about our offers. Sara Good ART SRL-D ensures the confidentiality of the personal data of all those who fill and send the forms mentioned above.

According to the Law 677/2001, you have the following rights: the right to be informed (Article 12); the right to access the data (Article 13); the right to modify the data (Article 14); the right to object (Article 15); the right not to be subject to individual decisions (Article 17); the right to go to Court (Article 18). You also have to right to oppose to the processing of your personal information and to request their deletion. In order to exercise these rights you can send to the headquarters of Sara Good Art SRL-D a written, dated and signed request. Please inform us as soon as possible if some of your data are incorrect.

The User agrees with the right of Sara Good Art SRL-D to process your personal data (first and last name, address, phone, e-mail) that are revealed as a result of the User using the service.

 9. Jurisdiction

All the sales made by Sara Good Art SRL-D are considered to occur at the company’s headquarters, which represents also the place where the obligation arose.

Any litigation between parties will be solved amicably. In case that the parties didn’t succeeded in solving the dispute amiably, this will be solved by the competent Courts of law.

The User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Romania.
